Many homes built in the 1980’s harbor brick fireplaces that dominate a room. A wide hearth and brick laid up to the ceiling, it can make a room dark. By paneling the exterior of the brick and painting it, we transformed the entire room.

The hearth is tiled with “Raked Thassos” marble and Marble Systems Skyline around the opening. This combination of texture and mosaic compliments the tall fireplace setting.

The glass doors, ceramic logs and pewter frame completes the fireplace in both functionality and style.
